Brrr.. it's cold. It truly is cold outside which made this unit on winter weather great! It can sometimes be hard for the children to related to winter weather here in Houston but they did a pretty good job of understanding the concepts involved. We welcomed Abie to our class! She is a delightful little girl that fits in so well already.
When you have popcorn, you must turn snack time into a picnic- at least that is what the children surmised.
Experiments are so cool! The children learned how various temperatures affected ice melt and they also learned how quickly ice melts when you pour salt on it. It was so fun to see how fascinated they all were to discover new things.
